The Ghost Town Rebellion started as an idea by vocalist Shawn Peter, around 2014, who started writing songs with friends around the cool History of their home town of Sacramento, and the History of California, and the entire United States. But now it’s a collective idea, with everyone contributing 100%.

What music genres influences T.G.T.R well almost any music from the band enjoys all rock, jazz, hip hop, country, Americana, folk, blues, funk, swamp rock, classical, metal, punk, & grunge. They then take all those influences, and try to combine them into something really new, & classic at the same time.

Steven Martin: Drums

Jacob Crain: Bass

Joel Case (Studio Member): Organ, Keys, Vocals

Shawn in downtown Sacramento working as a guide, but also likes to record at his studio, The Decompression Chamber

Mike handles graphic & web design, and loves riding his motorcycle.

Steven is a full-time musician, and does a lot of session work, loves reading, and also is a professional clothing model.

Jacob is a chef, and loves hiking & the outdoors, and does a lot of session work as well.

What do these guys see in the future and what goals do they have as a collective is great, They just love each other’s company, they continue to pushing their selves forward, and have high goals, they are all on the same page to be 100% professionals with the group, and our short-term goals are the small steps & successes to get us there, it’s a lot of hard, fun work!
