Never Say Die is a rock band from Toronto Canada. They originally formed as My Darkest Days in 2005. Years later they were discovered by Chad Kroeger of Nickelback, who signed them to his record label 604 Records. In 2010 their hit single “Pornstar Dancing” hit he charts at #40 in Canada and #90 here in the US. However, after seven years of performing the lead singer, Matt Walst was offered a huge opportunity to join the hit band Three Days Grace. A band with 5 great albums and more than 100 hit songs. It was a sad loss, but a giant boost to his career, and his band members were not going to hold him back from this giant proposal. On March 31st, 2015 Walst’s vocals were featured for the first time with his new band. He has been a part of Three Days Grace ever since,
As for the remaining band members, they formed a new band rightfully named Never Say Die. My guess is as to their commitment and love to music. Reid Henry-Lead Vocals/Guitar, Brendan Micmillan-Bass/Vocals, Dane Hartsell-Guitar/Vocals, and Mike Langford-Drums.Their debut album, [Destroy + Rebuild], featuring 10 original songs is out now and in February of 2017 their track “Like A Nightmare” was featured on SiriusXm Octains Big’Uns Countdown at #12. We at Distorted Nation have debuted the track “Automatic” and have had it in rotation on the show for a while now. The band is on tour with “Another Lost Year” throughout March and April in the United States, and Canada. Go to http://neversaydie.ca/ for more tour dates near you.
